Dear SWTC Members,

SWTC's 2019 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Sunday, April 28, 2019 at 12:30 pm at the L'Amoreaux Tennis Centre. In the same tradition as previous seasons, a social tennis round robin will take place from 10 am to 12 pm followed by a complimentary lunch.

The executive slate for the 2019-2020 season will remain the same as the 2018-2019 season as there were no new nominations submitted. Please refer to the "About Us" section for the executive slate.

Based on feedback received from SWTC members, you can find a copy of the meeting agenda with the motions to be voted on at the AGM here or pick up a copy at the AGM. Please be reminded that you must be present in-person at the AGM in order to be eligible to vote on the motions.
